It is unfortunate that our loyal
client base is unable to attend annual meetings such as our recent Eighth
Annual ConVault Conference...
If they had the opportunity, they would witness the ongoing commitment
to precision-production, the willingness to discuss competitor AST advertising/marketing
programs, and the constant re-dedication to insuring that we are always
looking forward and analyzing any little improvement that we might make
to either improve our excellent performance record or control costs.
This willingness to approach our technology with a spirit of how we
can better serve both our clients and the regulatory community remains
a fact for which I can only express my personal appreciation. In this
day and age where the thrust is to try and make things cheaper while
increasing the profit margin and literally forgetting the end-user is
an unfortunate objective. It is my belief that the best indicator of
a companys health is its commitment to its client base, not its
bottom line. In this regard, ConVault clients continue to be the focus
of how we research new nonmetallic secondary containment options in
a way which will ultimately lower our purchase price, and how to maintain
our ASTs by following the procedures outlined in our excellent Owners
Manual.
