In the course of conducting business, every enterprise must consider its marketing course: whether to engage in a positive "high-road" approach which provides its prospective customers with information and answers each technical concern OR to implement a negative direction dictated by substituting creative/clever/and untrue ad themes rather than an equivalent design.

ConVault, Inc. has always preferred the former course to the latter. It is my unfortunate duty to advise the reader that this is becoming a more difficult prospect in light of marketplace activities which are currently being employed.

Simply put, numerous falsehoods are being thrust into the industry in the interest of "making a buck." I wish to reiterate that every claim made by every ConVault, Inc. advertisement has been based upon a factual source: our design works, is testable, has never experienced a system failure and we see no reason to pursue negative advertising to confuse our clients.
