Sometimes we avoid doing the little things that help us to continue our work--specifically, a checkup: whether it be medical, mental, or in our business. As a 50th birthday looms, I submit the following checkup objective:
1997 will be the year that we break 20,000 sites globally in our production of ConVault ASTs. Our first years production resulted in 16 ConVault ASTs having been purchased. We have truly come a long way together.
As a result of some of the AST seminars which were recently conducted, I am reminded that our success was built upon a good design which was presented to the regulatory community prior to being marketed, and the use of our ConVault Site Review as a cornerstone of the effort to coordinate customers with the AHJs. The global community in which we now operate reinforces this tool as a method which was always responsible, and is the greatest insurance against a flawed installation. I firmly believe the ConVault Site Review should still accompany each marketing piece.
